A History of Excellence
SunCor has a history of planning, developing and building award-winning projects throughout the mountain west region in a variety of categories for more than 20 years.
Founded in 1986, SunCor is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation, a publicly traded company (NYSE: PNW). Pinnacle West Capital Corporation is also the holding company for Arizona Public Service, Arizona's largest electric utility.
Today, SunCor has thousands of acres under development. We continue to break new ground, building and maintaining projects that represent both quality construction and aesthetic value.
