SunCor Sells Shopping Center in Goodyear, Ariz. to Colorado Investor
Retail Center is Purchased for $10 million by Denver-based JRFCo, LLC.

Tempe, Ariz. (Jan. 12, 2009) – Palm Valley Village Center, a 30,560-square-foot retail shopping center in Goodyear, Ariz., developed by SunCor Development Company of Tempe, Ariz. was purchased in December 2008 by Denver-based JRFCo, LLC.

The purchase price was $10 million.

Completed in the second quarter of 2008, the shopping center is anchored by a Walmart Neighborhood Market and is nearly 93 percent occupied by 13 tenants that include: MidFirst Bank, Quiznos and United Blood Services.

The center is located in the master planned community of Palm Valley at the northwest corner of Litchfield Road and Indian School Road in Goodyear.
