TEMPE, Ariz. (Tuesday, May 12, 2009) – Tempe-based, SunCor Development Company has signed a lease with Knoll, Inc., a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of branded furniture and textiles for corporations, healthcare organizations and educational institutions as well as residences. Knoll is leasing 6,500 square feet in the Retail Office Lofts, a three-story office and retail building, at the award-winning Hayden Ferry Lakeside located in Tempe.

Recognized for its innovation and modern design, Knoll will increase its size by approximately 70 percent by relocating from Phoenix to Hayden Ferry Lakeside. The new location will be one of 20 Knoll showrooms throughout North America. The company also distributes its products through a U.S. and Canadian dealership network. Knoll also has locations throughout Europe, South America, Asia and the Middle East.
Its spacious showroom will feature the company’s range of workplace and residential lines. Products will include office systems, seating, storage, tables and desks, wood casegoods, textiles and accessories as well as the KnollStudio furniture, KnollTextiles and Knoll Luxe collections.
